Terms & Conditions TWCBET – Platform Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and TWCBET ("Platform", "We", or "TWCBET") governing your use of the website twcbet.cash and all services, games, features, and content available on it.

By accessing or using any part of the TWCBET platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you expressly and unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all additional guidelines that TWCBET may publish from time to time.

TWCBET reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the TWCBET platform after any updated Terms have been published will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to use the TWCBET platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Is an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not subject to any legal prohibitions or local regulations that restrict participation in online gambling activities.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into and fulfil binding agreements.
• Have never had your TWCBET account previously closed due to a terms violation, fraud, or suspicious activity.
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion program at TWCBET or any other gambling platform that has a partnership with TWCBET.

TWCBET reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete. Any winnings accumulated during the suspension period may not be paid out until identity verification has been successfully completed.

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one account only at TWCBET. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

At the time of registration, you are responsible for providing information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. TWCBET is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or misleading registration information you provide.

• The full name registered on your TWCBET account must match the name on your official Malaysian identification document.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your TWCBET account password.
• Your TWCBET account is for your personal use only — sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other party is strictly prohibited.
• You must notify TWCBET immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• TWCBET will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Email verification is required to complete registration. Accounts that remain unverified within 72 hours of registration may be automatically deleted by the TWCBET system.

TWCBET accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian banks that support FPX), and local bank transfers. Available payment methods may vary from time to time depending on service availability.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your TWCBET account balance within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name — using another person's bank account or e-wallet is not permitted.
• TWCBET is not liable for any processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed into the TWCBET platform.
• TWCBET reserves the right to reject or place on hold any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.

TWCBET members may request a withdrawal of funds from their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in your own name, using the same method as your original deposit.
• Your first withdrawal from a new account requires identity verification — please provide a copy of a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 per transaction for e-wallet methods, and RM50 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals to DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay are typically processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts via FPX are processed within 1 to 3 hours on business days.
• TWCBET VIP members enjoy priority processing on withdrawals.
• TWCBET reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 within one day to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

Funds in a TWCBET account that has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of RM5 per month, until the account balance reaches zero or the member reactivates the account. TWCBET will send an email notification before this fee is applied.

TWCBET offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, rebate offers, festive promotions, and loyalty programmes. All offers are subject to additional terms and conditions specific to each promotion.

The general principles that apply to all TWCBET bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• Each TWCBET promotion may only be claimed once only per member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash unless the stipulated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• The wagering requirement for most TWCBET bonuses ranges from 15x to 35x the bonus amount received — the exact figure is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period — any unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements will expire automatically once the validity period ends.
• TWCBET reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse or exploitation of the system.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering (bonus abuse / arbing) may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

All games available on the TWCBET platform — including Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, poker, roulette), Sports Betting (badminton, Malaysia Super League football, EPL, e-sports), lottery (4D, Toto, Lucky Pick), and slots — are governed by their own specific rules, which can be found in the relevant game help section.

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once placed.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game round or hand, TWCBET will restore the state based on system records. If restoration is not possible, the relevant wager will be refunded in full to the member's account balance.
• TWCBET displays odds and payouts clearly before any bet is placed — members are responsible for understanding the odds before wagering.
• For Sports Betting, TWCBET reserves the right to void or correct any bet where there is an obvious odds error resulting from a technical or human mistake.
• Official results for all sporting events, lottery draws, and casino rounds are final and binding, and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a system failure.

TWCBET members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct while using the platform:

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any technical tools intended to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker or other Live table games.
• Uploading, sending, or posting content that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, or in violation of Malaysian law.
• Attempting to access another member's account or TWCBET's internal systems without authorisation.
• Making deposit payments using a method that is not registered in your own name.
• Abusing the bonus claim system through multiple accounts or other exploitative methods.
• Using the TWCBET platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
• Deliberately spreading false information about TWCBET in a manner that damages the platform's reputation.

TWCBET takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. The collection, processing, and storage of member personal data is carried out in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and TWCBET's Privacy Policy, which can be read on our Privacy Policy page.

In summary, TWCBET:

• Only the data necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal requirements is collected.
• Does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

All content on the TWCBET platform — including but not limited to brand names, logos, interface design, graphics, text, software, source code, databases, video, and audio — is the exclusive property of TWCBET or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws applicable in Malaysia.

• You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, publish, or distribute any TWCBET content without prior written authorisation.
• The "TWCBET" name and logo are protected trademarks — unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
• Any third-party software used within the TWCBET platform is subject to its respective licenses.

The TWCBET platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, except as specifically set out in these Terms.

• TWCBET does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or malicious code.
• TWCBET is not liable for any losses resulting from internet service disruptions, user device failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• In the most extreme circumstances, TWCBET's liability to you is limited to the valid account balance in your TWCBET account at the time the relevant incident occurs.
• TWCBET is not responsible for any betting or gambling decisions you make — all decisions are entirely your own personal responsibility.

Members may close their TWCBET account at any time by contacting our customer support team via email at support@twcbet.cash. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any account balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.

TWCBET reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Registration information found to be false or misleading.
• A self-exclusion request activated by the member.
• Instructions from a competent authority or legally recognised law enforcement body.

TWCBET is committed to promoting healthy and responsible gambling. We believe gambling should be a form of enjoyable entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional stress.

TWCBET provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit to control how much you load into the platform.
• Loss Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly loss limit — TWCBET will automatically stop your gaming session once the limit is reached.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum limit on each individual bet you can place.
• Account Break: Temporarily suspend your account (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) if you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently closes your account for a minimum period of six months if you suspect you have a serious gambling problem.

Significant changes will be communicated to members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, unless the change is required immediately to comply with legal or security requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
